"It is aged in oak barrels for about 19 months. The production volume in 2017 was approximately 3,200 bottles. The color is a purplish garnet. From a cool region." The characteristic peppery aroma of Syrah is richly felt, along with fruits such as cassis and black cherry, as well as barrel-derived notes of violet and chocolate. The aroma is harmoniously complex. After feeling a pleasant acidity, rich tannins and fruitiness provide a long finish.
