I don't pay much attention to the ratio of assemblage and such.
A single farmer carefully cultivates grapes, each fermented in their own way.
There is no reason beyond the field blend.
However, surprisingly, it comes together well every time.
The aroma and flavor are endlessly gentle and soothing.
While reminiscent of sweet, ripe raspberries and pomegranates, the body balance never asserts itself too strongly.
