・Shipping costs Free shipping on orders over 33,000 yen (including tax) Shipping fee of 1,500 yen (excluding tax, excluding Okinawa and remote islands) for orders under 33,000 yen (including tax) / per package (up to 12 bottles) ・Cool Chargesについて 9 bottles of cool delivery, cool charge of 600 yen (excluding tax) per case. *From May to September (approximately), we recommend using cool delivery to prevent wine from spilling due to high temperatures during transport. Regarding spills and quality deterioration during delivery using dry shipping, We cannot accept responsibility, so please understand. We are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds. |

In principle, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed. (The same applies to event tickets.) If we deliver a product that is different from the one you ordered (incorrect item), we will accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions. *However, regarding wine after the bottle has been opened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if it is a misdelivered item. ・Please contact us within 5 business days after the product arrives to inform us that it was an incorrect item. - We will inform you of the return address. Please return the misdelivered item to our company (shipping charges can be paid on delivery). If a substitute product is not available, we apologize for the inconvenience and will proceed with a refund. |
