・【For credit card payments】 Receipts can be downloaded from the shipping notification email for the product. (※Customers who order non-alcoholic beverages or items other than wine need to have them reissued separately, so please contact us using the method in ※2 above. ※2 If you wish to change the addressee on the downloadable receipt, please contact us from the inquiry form with your order number (4-digit number starting with #) clearly stated. After arranging shipment of the product, we will send a PDF of the receipt with the changed addressee. ※Please note that we cannot respond to messages received in the "remarks column" on the cart page.
・[When using invoice payment] We ask that you handle this with the "invoice" issued by our company and the "payment details" from your bank transfer. As a rule, we cannot issue them from our company, so please understand in advance.

Other formats (with amount and details) are provided by PDF via email. ・About shipping fees Free shipping on orders of 33,000 yen (tax included) or more Shipping fee 1500 yen (excluding tax, except Okinawa and remote islands) for orders under 33,000 yen (tax included) / per package (up to 12 bottles)
・About the cool delivery fee Cool delivery fee 600 yen (excluding tax) per case of 9 bottles * From May to September (approximate), to prevent wine from overflowing due to high temperatures during transport, we recommend using cool delivery. We are not responsible for overflow or quality deterioration when using dry delivery. We cannot take responsibility, so please understand. Returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted.
・Combined shipping of multiple orders and refund of shipping fees As a general rule, we decline. Therefore, even if you place multiple orders, shipping fees will be charged for each order, and we cannot refund shipping fees. We appreciate your understanding in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please complete your orders together.

As a general rule, cancellations, returns, and exchanges after ordering are not accepted. (This also applies to event tickets without a cancellation policy.)
If a product different from the one you ordered (incorrect item) is delivered, we will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions. * However, for wine after opening, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted even if it was an incorrect item.
Please notify us within 5 business days after the product arrives that it was an incorrect item. We will inform you of the return address. Please return the incorrect item to our company by cash on delivery. If a substitute product cannot be provided, we apologize, but we will respond with a refund. |
