If we deliver a product different from what you ordered (incorrect item), we will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions. * However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wine that has been opened, even if it was an incorrect item. ・Please notify us within 5 business days after the product arrives if it was an incorrect item. ・We will provide you with the return address. Please return the incorrect item to us via freight collect shipping. ・If a substitute product cannot be provided, we apologize but will issue a refund. |
