Our company, CruX Inc. (クリュックス), is creating systems for the sustainable development of the Japanese wine market through media business, distribution business, education business, and more.

Currently, in the media business, we operate the web media "日本ワイン.jp", produce the industry's first documentary film "Vin Japonais (ヴァン・ジャポネ)", in the distribution business, we operate the professional wholesale site "Craft Wine Shop (クラフトワインショップ)" where wines from wineries across Japan can be purchased mixed from a single bottle, develop "MINIVIN (ミニヴァン)" which allows trying various wines in mini sizes, and in the education business, we operate the industry's only qualification exam "日本ワイン検定", promoting initiatives to create a more approachable environment for Japanese wine.

As part of this activity, we regularly hold "Japanese Wine" tasting events for restaurant owners.

In recent years, the quality improvement of Japanese wine has become a hot topic, and the number of people specifically purchasing Japanese wine has increased. However, there are already over 400 wineries across Japan, and the number is increasing by several dozen each year. We believe it is not easy for restaurant owners to understand Japanese wine and propose it to their customers.
Our company aims to regularly hold opportunities to taste various Japanese wines, so that restaurant owners can deepen their understanding of Japanese wine and smoothly offer proposals that allow customers visiting their establishments to enjoy Japanese wine even more.

※ Due to venue space constraints, the event is divided into two sessions, Part 1 and Part 2, each with a set capacity.
　Recruitment will end once capacity is reached, so please apply early if you wish to participate.
