A dry white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in Aomori Prefecture (Tsuruta, Hachinohe).
Naturally fermented with wild yeast and aged for six months in old barrels.
The color is a clear lemon yellow.
The aroma is vibrant, with a fragrance like white roses, and the balance of acidity and minerals is perfect.
From the juicy fruitiness of La France pears and white peaches, it gradually develops an apricot-like character over time.
The finish reveals an astringency reminiscent of an apple core, which tightens the overall profile and lets you truly experience the terroir of Aomori.
There is a faint sweet aroma from the old barrels, but it never feels overdone; it remains elegant throughout.
As a northern Chardonnay, it has a rich fruitiness, yet the acidity and minerals are well balanced, supporting the flavor without becoming tiresome.
