100% use of black grapes (Merlot) and white grapes (Chardonnay) from contracted farmer K Farm. A crisp rosé wine with a clear line, blending the best of both. To express the terroir of the grapes, we deliberately use co-pressing during production.
The barrel aging period is about 6 months. It features aromas of red berries and citrus, harmonized with subtle barrel-derived flavors.
Refreshing yet with moderate tannins, characteristic of Ouse WineryIt is a fresh rosé wine. We hope you will enjoy it with a wide variety of dishes.
