A white wine made from 100% Koshu grapes, a specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in the tanks.
A bright yellow color. Aroma of peach and white flowers. A dry white wine that is easy to drink, with soft acidity and mellow umami spreading.
Pairs well with home-cooked dishes using miso or soy sauce, such as Koshu specialty Houtou, miso-marinated pork, and Chikuzen-ni.
