A white wine made from 100% Koshu grapes, a specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
A bright yellow color. Aromas of peach and white flowers. A dry white wine that is easy to drink, with soft acidity and mellow umami flavors.
Pairs well with home-cooked dishes using miso or soy sauce, such as Koshu specialty houtou noodles, miso-marinated pork, and Chikuzen-ni stew.
