Muscat Bailey A from our own vineyard. The 2021 vintage, blessed with favorable summer weather, produced grapes with exceptional concentration. This wine was made with 10 days of maceration fermentation, 10 months of barrel aging, no added sugar, no added acid, and no saignée.
