Although named "Ordinary Merlot," it is a slow-food style Merlot that undergoes low-temperature fermentation and a careful 90-day cold maceration.
Without using methods like saignée or making an overly "intense" flavor, the rich taste of fully ripe Merlot is brought out.
Also, a mild MLF (malolactic fermentation) occurs lightly in the bottle, giving a faint sense of carbonation.
Enjoy a rich fruit flavor without any sharpness.
