Although named "Ordinary Merlot," it is a slow-food style Merlot that underwent cold maceration carefully for 90 days at low temperature.
Without using methods like saignée or making an "intense" flavor, we have brought out the deliciousness of fully ripe Merlot.
Also, a light malolactic fermentation (MLF) occurs inside the bottle, giving a faint sensation of gas.
Enjoy the rich fruit flavor without any sharpness.
