A slightly sweet white wine brewed from fully ripe Koshu grapes.
Fermentation was carried out in barrels to bring out the grape aroma, and aging was done in stainless steel tanks. This method prevents the barrel aroma from becoming too strong while preserving the fresh grape scent.
The ripe citrus fruit aroma and refreshing sweetness like honey, combined with the fresh fruit acidity, stimulate the palate. Especially popular with sushi and Japanese cuisine.
