Edel Wine / Seele 60 B Blend (Red) 750ml
Regular price ¥6,600In 1950, a grape experimental site was established in Osako Town, marking the beginning of full-scale grape cultivation in Iwate Prefecture. Although mainly table grapes were grown, trials and research on wine grape varieties were also conducted. Nowadays, European grape varieties have firmly taken root. To commemorate the 60th anniversary, Edel Wine specially produced a limited edition Bordeaux-style blended wine using French grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc) for the first time. The unique characteristics of each variety combine to create a rich and complex flavor. It is a dry red wine with a subtle barrel aroma, a scent reminiscent of red fruits, and a moderate acidity.
