We aim to create a liquid with the charming aroma of Zweigelt, rich fruitiness, and a complex, gradually unfolding umami.
2022 was a very challenging year for early-ripening varieties due to the many rainy days in August and September.
Therefore, no red winemaking was done; instead, the skins were soaked for several days to create a deep rosé.
The glass gives off the aroma of vivid red fruits. The characteristic of this vintage is the pomegranate with a hint of greenness.
When you take a sip, you feel a soft texture and a gradually spreading umami.
This wine often divides opinions, but for those who like it, it offers an irresistible flavor.
