The year 2022 had a very high number of rainy days in August and September, making it a very tough year for early-maturing varieties.
Therefore, we did not perform red winemaking, and instead, we created a rich rosé by soaking the skins for several days.
The aroma from the glass is of vibrant red fruits. A characteristic of this year is the presence of pomegranate with a hint of greenness.
When you hold it in your mouth, you can feel the soft texture and the gradually spreading umami.
This wine, which tends to divide opinions every time, has a flavor that I believe is irresistible for those who like it.
