The Fanpi series aims to explore the potential of table grapes and create a fun, happy flavor experience.
It was made by blending Delaware as the base with Niagara, Sauvignon Blanc, and others.
The top note is the sweet and refreshing aroma of Delaware. Behind that is a nuance of Niagara.
When you take a sip, you can feel the rich fruitiness, vibrant acidity, and gentle bubbles that touch your tongue.
There are many excellent Delaware and Niagara wines, but I feel that adding a small amount of Vitis vinifera gives it a core and makes it even more delicious.
There still seems to be room for improvement, but this wine has become a happily drinkable wine just as its name suggests.
It has gentle bubbles at about 1 atmosphere.
