The grapes come from our own vineyard in Sasaga, Matsumoto City, adjacent to the winery. This vineyard, once a riverbed of the Narai River with sandy, gravelly soil, is ideal for Cabernet Franc.
To bring out the character of this land, fermentation is started using wild yeast naturally present on the grapes, then aged for 8 months in old barrels before bottling.
A charming wine with a harmonious blend of vibrant aromas like raspberry, cassis, and eucalyptus, along with fruity flavors and acidity.
