This wine is made from Merlot grapes grown in Azumino City, crushed and fermented at low temperature for five days before alcoholic fermentation, followed by about two weeks of fermentation at a relatively low temperature and then lactic acid fermentation. To preserve the fresh plum-like fruit flavor, it was aged at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. It features a gentle medium-light body taste. Enjoy it as a versatile red wine that pairs well with Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines.
