100% Merlot from our own vineyard with yield limited to one shoot and one cluster per vine. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it was aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. The wine has a complex aroma of cassis, coffee, and conifers, with a quiet yet powerful fruitiness and lively acidity, resulting in an elegant full-bodied wine.
