Blessed with favorable topography, climate, and weather conditions, it is a specialty region where excellent grapes are harvested. The Koshu grapes used for brewing were carefully cultivated and harvested in close collaboration with grape producers.
At first impression, it has a rich volume, with a balanced refreshing acidity and a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste. The bitterness is a characteristic unique to the Koshu grape variety, giving the wine a sense of depth.
