A gentle aroma of spices such as black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove, along with the sweet and sour scent of berries like cassis, raspberry, and blackberry, spreads softly. The barrel aroma and fruit flavors are well balanced. The acidity and tannins are moderate, leading into the aftertaste. It has little sweetness, giving a mature impression of Muscat Bailey A. The flavor deepens further with bottle aging. As a tip for drinking, it is better to decant it or open the bottle about three days before drinking for about two years after release to allow the aroma and flavor to open up.
