Rosé with an orange tint. Sweet, ripe aromas of red fruit compote like raspberry and cherry, dried fruit, and caramel candy. There are also barrel-derived notes reminiscent of cocoa. The sweetness is balanced gently by acidity and tannins. By delaying the harvest until the grapes on the vine became raisin-like, it developed a flavor similar to a high-alcohol fortified wine.
