A wine mainly made from Nagano Purple grapes grown in our own vineyard in the Kanou district of Tōmi City, Nagano Prefecture.
This year, a small amount of Pinot Noir was blended into the base wine. Then, juice from the second harvest of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir left in the vineyard was used to supplement sugar and fresh acidity, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The traditional soft and fluffy flavor is tightened by aromas and tannins derived from Pinot Noir.
A chic, mature depth with a light mouthfeel wrapped in soft bubbles.
