Wine made from grapes grown in our own vineyard of about 1.5 hectares, overlooking the sacred peak of Iwaki Mountain in Tsugaru.
In 2020, we began the trial production of sparkling wine with the first bottle fermentation using Chardonnay harvested that year, and by the following year, the 2021 vintage was completed to a satisfactory quality.
The appearance is a shimmering straw color. Aromas of lemon and white peach fruit rise up, along with complex nuances of almond and vanilla.
A smooth mouthfeel with a rich fruitiness and fresh acidity that spreads across the palate. It is a beautifully crafted wine with a long-lasting, pleasant finish.
