Made using Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in the Kyotō area on the northeast side of the Kōfu Basin. After the primary fermentation, it undergoes lactic acid fermentation in small barrels and is slowly aged to enhance its softness.
It features a well-balanced flavor. The fruity character reminiscent of Beaujolais and the natural juiciness of the grapes create a very delicious finish.
