Wine made from Ryugan grapes grown in our own vineyard in South Shinshu. The wine's name, "Gris (Guri)", comes from the color of the Ryugan grape skin, meaning "pinkish light gray" in French. By using "carbonic maceration" and "fermentation on the skins," it offers an elegant aroma reminiscent of white flowers and a refreshing herbal scent. It has a well-balanced light acidity and bitterness. A table wine you can enjoy casually.
