[いとぐち]. We aim to cultivate a culture where wine is a natural part of everyday life. The name embodies the ideas of potential, a starting point, delicacy, kindness, and beauty.
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Kerner from our own vineyards in South Shinshu, and Chardonnay from Azumino City. Undergoes "mash fermentation" where skins and seeds are fermented together. Floral aroma reminiscent of yellow flowers. Notes of ripe apple, pear, and grapefruit create a complex aroma. Well-balanced fruitiness and acidity deliver a wine with depth and dimension.
