Harvested Semillon grown in-house in Ota Saiwai-cho, Miyoshi City, and brewed.
Fermented at low temperature, followed by three months of tank aging after alcoholic fermentation, then secondary fermentation in the bottle. Afterward, it was bottle-aged for six months, with disgorging carried out in mid-June.
A well-balanced sparkling wine with Semillon's rich body, mineral notes, citrus, pear aromas, and yeast-derived toast scents.
