This wine is made from Muscat Bailey A grapes grown by grape grower Rei Kizuda in Miyoshi City. It undergoes maceration fermentation and is then aged for 5 months in old French oak barrels. By slightly suppressing the sweet strawberry candy-like aroma characteristic of the variety, it becomes a wine that can be enjoyed before and during meals in any setting.
