The Vignolons Reserve is made from 100% grapes grown in our own vineyards. Among them, only carefully selected grapes are used to create this signature wine of Villadest. The meticulously cultivated Merlot undergoes "kamoshi fermentation" in oak vats, followed by about one and a half years of aging. This red wine combines elegant fruit flavors with spicy aromas, offering a robust taste along with softness and depth.
