Using Merlot from our own vineyard in Izu City, it was aged for 9 months in oak barrels after fermentation. The aroma of black fruits such as cassis blends with the scent derived from the barrels. The astringency and acidity are well balanced, and a soft umami can also be felt. This wine can be enjoyed paired with a variety of dishes.
