Made from Koshu grapes grown in Katsunuma Town. The 2023 vintage was fermented in an enamel tank, then transferred to barrels for storage and aging after fermentation was completed.
With a slightly deep lemon-yellow hue, elegant and full-bodied barrel aromas and fruit flavors harmonize perfectly, spreading a complex taste and refreshing acidity in the mouth.
A wine with depth and warmth that cherishes the original aroma and taste of the Koshu grape.
This is a food-friendly wine with a rich, lingering umami flavor.
