Chardonnay grown in the Fujita vineyard in Kōnan City, Kōgami Town, Yamakita was harvested and the base wine was produced in early August 2023. Traditional method secondary fermentation in the bottle began in February 2024.
After about one year of contact with lees to draw out the complexity derived from them, disgorgement was performed in March 2025, finishing it as a dry (Brut Nature) sparkling wine.
Aroma of green apple, lemon, lime, pineapple, and herbal plants. Also notes of aged scents like bread, biscuits, and almonds.
