The year 2021 was marked by an early spring, a summer with consecutive hot days, a cool period during the Obon festival, and a calm, fine autumn.
In contrast to the hectic harvest season, the wine was carefully nurtured in silence during barrel aging, where even the wine's breathing could be felt.
The aroma, reminiscent of ripe berries, prunes, and subtle spices like black pepper and chocolate, stimulates the appetite. The palate is gentle, yet the tannins with a firm sweetness linger through the finish.
