“Merlot Blush 2023” is luxuriously made using only the free-run juice naturally released from the fruit when destemming (removing stems and stalks) the Merlot grapes for red wine, and it is brewed as a white wine.
The unique taste of this blush, completely different from the red wine Merlot, gains fans every year, but with only 103 bottles produced, it is an extremely rare wine.
The rich aroma of ripe fruits like honey and apricot spreads abundantly, with dense fruit flavors and fresh acidity tightening the whole, creating a full-bodied blush wine.
Of course, it can be enjoyed on its own as wine, but it is also recommended to pair it with Italian or French cuisine, as well as fruit pizza and sweets.
