By using two types of Chardonnay from different regions as the backbone and blending in 18% Sauvignon Blanc, we achieved a wonderful harmony where the flavors and aromas overlap, creating a profile that is not present in each variety alone.
"Hoshifuru" was named after the fact that the area of Hara Village, where the winery is located, is known as "Hoshifuru Sato."
