Koshu grapes are a variety unique to Japan, characterized by refreshing acidity and a mineral quality.
To create this as an orange wine, the skins are soaked for about two weeks, drawing out complex flavors from the skins and seeds, resulting in a unique taste.
Generally, orange wines tend to have strong tannins (astringency), but Koshu Orange offers a soft texture, making it easy to drink and appealing.
