Mount Akagi, located almost in the center of Gunma Prefecture, has our own vineyards spreading across its western foothills.
The volcanic ash soil at the foot of Mount Akagi, gentle slopes, significant temperature differences between day and night, and uninterrupted sunlight from sunrise to sunset—all are considered ideal conditions for wine grapes.
This wine is made from grapes grown in the vineyard located on the south side of the winery.
It features a faint oak aroma, sweet blueberry scent, and earthy nuances. The texture is smooth, with a solid structure, gentle tannins, and a refreshing acidity that create a delightful harmony of natural flavors.
This wine evokes the soil of the Akagi Plateau and the sunlight.
