We have carefully cultivated and harvested Cabernet Sauvignon, using 100% of the grapes from our own vineyard, Hiyake, which we planted ourselves in 1998. This red wine offers a rich depth and a long finish for you to enjoy. After many years since planting the seedlings, we have finally been able to express the charm of the terroir as both the makers and cultivators in this heartfelt work.
