Made with 100% fully ripe Chardonnay harvested from our own vineyard, resulting in a smooth white wine.
This wine, created after oak barrel fermentation, repeated batonnage, and about six months of sur lie aging, blends aromas of ripe fruit-derived citrus, herbs, and minerals with barrel-derived notes of vanilla, nuts, and caramel, producing a complex character.
A rich and full-bodied flavor with a pleasant acidity, abundant fruitiness reflecting the vineyard's potential, and a balanced hint of bitterness.
