The Albariño, harvested in its fourth year at the Yatsu vineyard, was managed without oxidation from raw material processing to storage and filling to preserve the fruit aroma, and was brewed and blended using two types of yeast with different characteristics.
A glossy and shining golden color. It spreads aromas reminiscent of ripe peaches and mangoes, white and yellow flowers, and a floral scent like osmanthus. The attack is somewhat strong, with concentrated fruit flavors spreading in the mouth, and firm acidity and minerals tightening the entire wine, giving it a clear structure. It is a dry white wine with a faint salty taste and a rich finish.
