Made exclusively from grapes grown in contracted farms within Nagano Prefecture. It was carefully aged for 13 months in old oak barrels. Old barrels impart a milder aroma compared to new barrels, resulting in an elegant and supple medium-bodied wine.
The aroma is spicy, reminiscent of black pepper and Japanese pepper. It also has a fruity note like blueberry jam. On the palate, it offers a gentle, rounded astringency with subtle chocolate and coffee flavors lingering on the tongue. This wine has a well-balanced harmony of aroma, astringency (tannins), acidity, and oak fragrance.
