Carefully harvested late-ripening Muscat Bailey A from the former Iwai Village (now Katsunuma Town, Iwasaki and Fujii districts). Undergoes lactic acid fermentation and secondary fermentation in the bottle, with lees intentionally left to create a sparkling wine with a pleasant texture and an approachable taste.
A ripe aroma of stewed strawberries and red cherries with nuances of rose and toast. The palate is creamy, with rich fruit flavors, gentle acidity, and a pleasant astringency.
