The "Regional" series is made by purchasing grapes from growers within Tochigi Prefecture but outside Tochigi City.
In 2025, by fortunate connection, we purchased Berry A grapes harvested by students from the Food and Environment Department at the training field on the grounds of Koyama Kita Sakura High School.
The appearance is a clear, bright pale cherry red, giving an impression close to rosé.
The aroma is mild and fresh with acerola, cranberry, cherry, and hibiscus.
You can also sense slight nuances of verbena and black tea leaves.
The taste is light on the attack, dry, smooth, and juicy.
Like its aroma, it features red fruit flavors, gentle acidity, and soft, subtle tannins.
It has been crafted into a very light-style red wine.
