Hiroshima Miyoshi Winery / TOMOE Pinot Noir Byakuya 2024 (White) 750ml
Regular price ¥6,600A white wine made from Pinot Noir (from our own vineyard), a black grape variety used for red wine.
We crafted a pure and rich wine that reveals a unique side different from Pinot Noir, often called the queen of red wines.
Also, "Midnight Sun" is named after the phenomenon where it remains twilight and never gets dark at midnight, symbolizing a long day where the sun doesn't set and a pleasant lingering feeling continues.
Ingredients: Miyoshi City (100% from our own farm)
Rich aromas of compote pear, ripe apple (baked apple), and large lily-like flowers.
Wrapped in caramel-like nuances derived from black grapes.
Luxuriously enjoy the full-bodied fruitiness and umami.
Delicate yet rich, overflowing with the flavor of grapes.
A pleasant bitterness accompanied by caramel-like umami.
