We cultivated and produced Schenburger, a German-born wine grape variety, at our own farm. It is a rare variety with few cultivation examples in Japan. Even in its native Germany, it is a grape variety with limited cultivation.
Schenburger is a hybrid of Muscat Hamburg and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), characterized by a very floral aroma. Enjoy the marriage of its fragrant scent and fresh fruit flavors.
