We cultivated and brewed the German-born wine grape variety Schenburger at our own farm. It is a rare variety with few cultivation examples in Japan. Even in Germany, the original home, the cultivation volume is small.
Schenburger is a hybrid of Muscat Hamburg and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) and is characterized by a very floral aroma. Please enjoy the marriage of fragrant scent and fresh fruit flavor.
