A blend of white wines such as Delaware, Mondebrie, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris, combined with Delaware orange wine. It is said that blending a small amount of Vitis vinifera with the Labrusca variety creates a well-balanced wine, so we gave it a try.
It has gentle tannins and a refreshing low alcohol content, yet the aroma is quite full-bodied. This is the kind of wine you might find yourself finishing a bottle of without realizing it. The attack features lactic acid, followed by aromas of Satsuma mandarin and black tea.
It pairs well with almost anything, but since it is an orange wine, it is especially suited to Chinese and ethnic cuisine.
