Fermented by blending Steuben and a small amount of Rosario Rosso harvested in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture. Although expected to become a red wine, it turned into an amber-colored wine. The sweetness and aroma of the two grapes are in exquisite balance. Because it was a small production, it was aged for one year in French oak barrels, which transformed it into an even more radiant amber color. It became a wine with a rich body and a slight barrel aroma.
Takahata Town in Yamagata Prefecture is also known as "Mahoroba no Sato." It is a land where people have lived since the Jomon period. We named it "Amber Dream," combining the amber excavated from the earth with the dreams that ancient people might have had. It perfectly overlaps with Hamawine's dream of new endeavors and was made as a memorial wine to celebrate the 5th anniversary of brewing. The label design is special, depicting Yokohama Port with a passenger ship sailing.
