Using the wild yeast that was likely transported with these grapes, it is fermented in an open tank and aged in French oak barrels for about 6 months.
The characteristic cute strawberry-like aroma of Muscat Bailey A is rather subtle.
A nuance of dried rose flowers, like a noblewoman's red wine.
