A white wine from our winery’s popular table wine series.
Our own vineyard’s Niagara grapes suffered from a late blight outbreak due to heavy rain in early August. We harvested early and used underripe Niagara grapes, which allowed us to discover the potential of underripe Niagara. The blend with purchased grapes is well balanced.
This year’s flavor is characterized by a "refreshing sensation."
Muscat, mint, citrus. While fruity, it lacks the typical sweet impression of the variety and is sharp and smart. Smooth acidity.
