In the scorching vintage of 2023, this Armonoir became a year of hardship.
When the sugar content rose to about 18, the accumulation of sugar in the grapes stopped, leading to the abandonment of red wine production. Instead, Brand Noir was produced as a white wine.
The color is a translucent, faint salmon pink, with aromas of raspberry and white peach. The taste is sharp and dry, characterized by elegant fruitiness and a refreshing, crisp acidity and mineral notes.
Since this wine was born from an irregular vintage, it is uncertain whether it will become a regular item, but please be sure to try this first vintage wine.
