Inspired by the red sparkling wine Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, this wine was crafted by using Muscat Bailey A, Campbell, and wild grape—varieties frequently used in our winery's red and rosé wines—each year and allocating them to different items.
One of our new proposals for Rias wine, based on the concept of "wine to enjoy with seafood."
A blend of three vintages of varieties fermented into red wine, slowly undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by 12 months of bottle aging in the cellar.
The color is a cloudy pale ruby red. The aroma features cranberry, cassis, and herbs. Pleasant berry fruitiness. The wild grape adds a rustic note that supports the charming impression of MBA and Campbell.
Characterized by sharp acidity, other tannins, and bitterness.
