This is a cloudy, lightly sparkling wine made from Muscat Bailey A grapes grown by farmers in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
Characterized by a sweet strawberry-like aroma and a pale rosé color.
Brewed with minimal use of antioxidants.
Since it is very sensitive to changes, please store the bottle upright in a temperature-controlled place such as a wine cellar. Also, chill the bottle well and keep it upright before opening.
It also pairs well with spicy dishes like ethnic cuisine and charcuterie made with pork.
When paired with dishes featuring the spiciness of chili peppers, you can taste the sweetness of the grapes.
Fukuyama has been a region cultivating Muscat Bailey A for about 80 years.
Previously cultivated for fresh consumption, it is now grown specifically for wine at Fukuyama Wine Workshop. Please enjoy the rich flavor of grapes harvested from old vines.
